Amiga Engineering Celebrated with Dual Wins at the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame Awards 2025

We are incredibly proud to announce that Amiga Engineering has been awarded Manufacturer of the Year for Small Business 2025, and to make the night even more special, our outstanding apprentice was honoured as Apprentice of the Year 2025.
Two nominations and two wins. A remarkable achievement and a milestone moment in our company’s history.

This year’s ceremony was especially meaningful for us. It was a powerful and emotional moment to see our founder, Michael Bourchier, hand the spotlight to the next generation as Dee Bourchier delivered our acceptance speech on stage. This symbolic passing of the torch reflects the strength of our family roots and the confidence we have in the future leadership of Amiga Engineering. It was a moment that resonated deeply with our entire team.

From our humble beginnings as a small machine shop in 1988, Amiga Engineering has grown into a recognised leader in advanced manufacturing, CNC machining, fabrication, and metal additive manufacturing, proudly operating the largest metal and polymer 3D printing service bureau in Australia.
To stand on stage as a dual award winner is a testament to the dedication, innovation, and passion that our team brings to work every single day.
